All-rounder Ben Stokes has returned to England's squad for the Ashes Test series against Australia to be played later this year. The England and Wales Cricket Board announced has made this announcement today. Stokes had taken an indefinite break from cricket and refused to play in the T20 World Cup, prioritizing his mental health. He has been given permission to start training on behalf of his advisor and ECB medical staff. A few days back, he had underwent a surgery for his finger injury. Earlier this year, Ben Stokes had withdrawn from the five-match Test series against India. Although, he had played for Northern Superchargers in the debut season of The Hundred.
